Making breath our point of departure:
This workshop invites you to come and explore your movement on and off your mat.
It invites you to come into a creative process where we can learn to meet and recognize ourselves through the exploration of embodiment.
Each person is both the student and the subject matter.
Principles and techniques are taught in the context of self-discovery and openness.
Engaging ourselves and others non-judgmentally, we recognize the place where we are and the place where others are.
In these ways we seek to find the ease that underlies transformation.
Open to all levels of students.
Yoga Alliance CEU’s available.

Explore the foundation of classical yoga!
When Yoga migrated to the west, it somehow got separated from its sister science, Ayurveda. Historically, Yoga and Ayurveda have been practiced together; Ayurveda bringing an understanding of the physical world and Yoga the spiritual. Together they create a path to awakening. In this workshop explore the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and learn how to apply these principles to your body, mind, and lifestyle.
From: A sense of confusion when treating illness in body and mind; Difficulty accepting the unique you.
To: A renewed understanding of how your body works, integrates with the mind, and collaborates with all of nature.
